Amin Toys is a local company focused on the production of quality toys for the majority of the population of Uzbekistan. It also has its own stores in different cities of the country.
In the current project, we were faced with the task of redesigning the packaging for a set of military-themed toys, consisting of a tank, a helicopter and a jeep. Initially, the toy was planned to be sold in a small cloth bag, but such packaging created the impression of a cheap product.
That is why we decided to develop premium packaging: we changed the format from packaging to a box and developed unique images that reflect the real look of toys and can increase sales.
We analyzed several war-themed action scenes from games and movies to create original illustrations.
Another important part of the workflow was 3D modeling. It is very important for us to make mock-ups as close as possible to the real look of toys – after all, buyers always expect to get what is shown on the packaging, and if the real product is different, worse, not the same as on the packaging, this creates a lot of negative opinions about the brand and the store, which leads to financial losses and leads to loss of credibility. So we modeled it for what it really is.
