Linguistic analysis:

"Chaban" (originally Turkish "çoban") is a word meaning shepherd. There are several similar pronunciations in Turkic languages: chopon, chobon, choban, chaban, shapan. The Turkish word "oğlu" means "son" in Turkish.

Since the kitchen serves mainly Turkish dishes, the name could have been originally Turkish: Çoban oğlu. But considering that most of the visitors to the cafe are Uzbeks, we replaced the Turkish hyphen ç with the letter ch of the Uzbek Latin alphabet, and ğ with the okinali g. But with the change of letters, the Turkish pronunciation was preserved.

Explanation of the name:

The uniqueness of the kitchen is that all meat products for the dishes are brought from the Kashkadarya region. And these are not only animals fattened on forage and artificially fattened, but also animals raised in a natural environment with grass. Based on this advantage, we created a story for the brand.

According to the story, the shepherd's son came to the city from a remote area and opened a kitchen. For food in the kitchen, the shepherd sends his cattle. The kitchen is quickly gaining popularity due to delicious dishes prepared from animals raised in a natural environment. Thus, this place will be called the "Shepherd's Son" kitchen.
