Yezz: Modern Packaging Design for Crouton Snacks
Creating a design for a new product is not done just like that, but research is conducted in advance - the state of the market, competitors, target audience are analyzed, international experience is studied.
If there are many competitors, then their weaknesses are identified, and these are the aspects that are relied on when entering the market. We offered the same approach to the Isam brand.
1. Solution
As a result of our research, we found out that rusks manufacturers mostly use the same type of designs. So we decided to offer an unusual solution: having studied the standard conditions of rusks consumption, we divided the target audience into segments.
As a result, we identified several situations. Some people enjoy rusks while playing on the computer or watching a movie, others prefer them in the company of friends, and still others enjoy them while traveling.
Result
We created illustrations that reflect these situations and placed them on the packaging. They are designed in a youthful, positive and energetic style.
The illustrations are supplemented with short phrases from the characters. The packaging also contains images that convey the taste of the product.
