1. Introduction

We are the Minim team, and our mission is to help brands become vibrant, recognizable, and successful. We provide comprehensive design services by creating unique visual styles and guiding companies as they enter the market with new products. In this case study, we will discuss our work with the Chaomi milk tea brand - a stylish and ambitious project that has already won the hearts of Tashkent residents.

2. Task

Our task was to create branding for the establishment and help it successfully launch in the Uzbekistan market.
Brief information about the brand: Chaomi is a chain of coffee shops that offers various types of beverages, including milk teas created according to Eastern traditions. As part of the project, we undertook the following tasks:

• Unique naming
• Localization of product names for the assortment
• Creation of a brand logo
• Packaging design and preparation for printing
• Interior design consultations
• Support in digital marketing

3. Work

Naming: The name "Chaomi," proposed by us, is a fusion of three words: "cha" means "tea," "orient" symbolizes "East," and "milk" means "milk." This skillfully emphasizes the essence of the product, as the brand offers milk teas created under the influence of rich Eastern traditions.

Logo: Subsequently, we created a stylized logo that combines Uzbek and Chinese cultural symbols, reflecting the brand's concept.

Packaging design: Since milk teas and other beverages are served in plastic cups with lids, we paid special attention to their design.

4. Work

2D Mascot: We developed a unique character - a cute princess girl who became the symbol of the brand.

Assortment: We named the tea line in the Uzbek language to make the product more relatable to the local audience.

Interior: We provided consultations to the team on developing the cafe's interior design.

Market entry: We assisted the team in entering the Uzbekistan market by facilitating work with contractors.

Digital marketing: We developed a menu design for the WeChat app and created an Instagram account.

Result

The Chaomi restaurant has already opened and sales are actively underway. The brand has successfully established itself in the market, and milk teas have begun to gain popularity among Tashkent residents. We are proud to have contributed to the successful launch of Chaomi and supported it in achieving its ambitious goals.
