Benelle — Packaging Design for Biscuit Cakes

Benelle — Packaging Design for Biscuit Cakes

We developed a packaging design for Benelle biscuit cakes, emphasizing premium quality. Calm background colors with a gold ornament and a realistic 3D model of the cake make the product suitable for table setting.

  • Packaging design

1. Task

The company Zarqand launched a new product — Benelle biscuit cakes in two flavors: chocolate and vanilla. They are intended for the local market in Uzbekistan. Our task was to create packaging that emphasizes the product’s quality and premium character, making it a worthy choice for any table.

2. Research

There are many different biscuit packages on the market: from brightly “childish” to simple budget ones. But the problem is that not all of them can be placed on the table as part of the serving.

Our insight: Benelle should look in such a way that the packaging not only attracts the buyer in the store but can also serve as an element of table decoration, maintaining a sense of premium quality.

3. Solution

  • Realistic visuals. We carefully developed a 3D model of the cake: the texture of the biscuit, the gloss of the chocolate, and the softness of the cream are shown as naturally as possible.
  • Premium perception. Calm background colors were chosen for the design: light blue for chocolate and soft green for plombir. The look is complemented by a golden ornament, referring to tradition and high quality.
  • Consistency. Flavors are distinguished by colors but united by a single style.

Result

Benelle received packaging with a premium look that works equally well on the shelf and on a festive table. Honest, appetizing visuals strengthen trust and create the desire to try the product.
